The National Mastitis Council 59th Annual Meeting will be held January 28-31, 2020, at the DoubleTree at the Entrance to Universal Orlando. Known as the “Theme Park Capital of the World,” Orlando, Fla., is one of the world's most visited tourist destinations. Orlando's famous attractions form the backbone of its tourism industry. The two most significant attractions are Walt Disney World, opened by the Walt Disney Company in 1971, and the Universal Orlando Resort, which opened in 1990 as a major expansion of Universal Studios Florida. The NMC Annual Meeting venue sits adjacent to Universal Studios.
NMC’s annual meeting is designed for all individuals interested in mastitis control, quality milk production and udder health. Attendees come from around the world and include veterinarians, dairy producers, researchers, extension specialists, industry suppliers, dairy processor field representatives, regulatory officials, teachers and students. The meeting features world-renowned presenters who will address a variety of milk quality production principles and offer hands-on strategies to improve udder health.
